| Duties: | Responsibilities:
Timely completion of local, state and federal environmental reports as required.
Develop, implement and maintain procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with permit requirements.
Perform routine informal auditing per facility audit program.
Identify and resolve safety issues.
Develop and maintain site specific operation forms.
Evaluate new treatment chemistries and processes
Provide short and long term recordkeeping support
Provide commissioning support for new facilities
Evaluate treatment plant operators training requirements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the operation and maintenance of assigned facilities.
Interact with maintenance department to ensure proper facilitation of maintenance request forms.
Interact with plant operators to ensure proper operation and compliance of facility.
Interact with clients and regulatory agencies as necessary.
Oversee assigned facilities to ensure operators maintain adequate chemical and supply inventories.
Review and approve time sheets.
Other duties as required
Other Duties and responsibilities:
Interact with subcontractors as necessary.
Meet with clients as necessary
Act on behalf of Division Manager in his absence.

| Qualifications: | Education or background in environmental science with five years experience, and a minimum of three years relative management experience.
Relevant environmental management experience shall include but not be limited to: Wastewater treatment plant troubleshooting, operation and maintenance, collection and analysis of wastewater and water, hazardous material storage and containment,
Knowledge of MA regulatory requirements.
Must possess a Grade 4M (or higher) Full Massachusetts operators certification
Must possess valid MA drivers License
Must be computer literate
Experience with the development and implementation of manuals such as O & Ms, SOPs, and Lab manuals.
